What should I do if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can assist you.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. When getting in touch, please include a clear description of the issue along with photos and videos showing the product, wiring, connectors, installation environment, and the issue itself. This helps us assess the problem as quickly and accurately as possible.

Please note that if an item has been installed before the issue is reported, it may be considered accepted and may no longer be eligible to be claimed as damaged or incorrect.

If a replacement is approved, the item must be returned complete and in full. Items returned with missing parts or components may not be eligible for replacement.
