If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.
Please email support@openthrottle.co with your order number and a clear summary of your enquiry.
Please note that cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If your order has already been packed, handed to the courier, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Approved cancellations are issued as store credit for 100% of the order value, unless otherwise stated.
Please also note that custom-made items and orders already in production cannot be cancelled.
