To request an exchange, please email support@openthrottle.co with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange, along with the item you would like instead.
Items must be returned in unused, resellable condition, with original packaging and all included accessories. Customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost to OPEN THROTTLE HQ in Australia and the shipping cost for the replacement item to be sent back out.
If there is a price difference between the items, any outstanding balance must be paid before the exchange is processed. All exchange requests are subject to review and approval.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Custom-made or made-to-order products, including but not limited to midpipes, exhaust sections, DRL kits, carbon fibre parts, interior trim, and any product produced specifically for your vehicle.
