Order changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@openthrottle.co. We will always do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch, however no changes can be made once your order has been shipped.

Order cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately.

Please note:

• Cancellation requests are not guaranteed

• If your order has already been packed, handed to the courier, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled

• Custom-made items or orders already in production cannot be cancelled

• Approved cancellations are issued as store credit for 100% of the order value, unless otherwise stated
