Do you accept exchanges or return?
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests on eligible items, subject to approval.
To request an exchange, please contact support@openthrottle.co with your order number and the reason for the exchange,
and our team will assist you with the next steps.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in unused, resellable condition, with all original packaging and accessories
included. Items that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, scratched, marked, or returned incomplete will not be
eligible for exchange.
Please note that the customer is responsible for:
- the cost of shipping the item back to OPEN THROTTLE
- the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer
All exchange requests are subject to review and approval in line with our policy.
Returns
We accept return requests on eligible items.
If you would like to request a return, please contact support@openthrottle.co within 15 days of receiving your order and
include your order number along with the reason for the return.
To be eligible, returned items must be unused, in brand new condition, and sent back in their original packaging. Items
that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, marked, scratched, or returned without all original accessories are
not eligible for return unless they arrived defective.
Please note that all returns are subject to approval, and OPEN THROTTLE reserves the right to decline a return if it
does not meet the conditions of this policy.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non Returnable Items
• Custom or made to order products. This includes but is not limited to midpipes, exhaust sections, DRL kits, carbon
fibre parts, interior trim and any product produced specifically for your vehicle.
• Sale items, promotional items and discounted items.
• Gift cards.
• Change of mind.
• Wrong model, wrong variant or incorrect item ordered by the customer.
