Please note that order changes are only possible before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
All change requests are subject to review, and our team will let you know whether the requested change can be accommodated.
If there is a price difference between the original item and the new item requested, any outstanding balance must be paid before our team can process the change.
