If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

To begin the process, please email support@openthrottle.co with your order number and the reason for your return request.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in brand new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, marked, scratched, or returned with missing accessories are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective.

All return requests are subject to review, and OPEN THROTTLE reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions of this policy.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs back to our HQ in Australia. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount, even where free shipping was applied at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products, including but not limited to midpipes, exhaust sections, DRL kits, carbon fibre parts, interior trim, and any product produced specifically for your vehicle.

• Sale items, promotional, and discounted products.

• Gift cards.

• Change of mind purchases.

• Orders placed for the wrong model, wrong variant, or incorrect item selected by the customer.
