To begin the process, please email support@openthrottle.co with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the fault. For the fastest assessment, we also recommend including clear evidence of the product, wiring, connectors, installation environment, and the issue occurring.
Please note that warranty claims are assessed in line with our warranty policy and are handled on a repair or replacement basis only. Warranty coverage does not include returns or refunds.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage. Any signs of improper use or physical abuse may void warranty coverage.
