Does my product have a warranty?

Yes. Products purchased from OPEN THROTTLE are with a minimum 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects for added peace of mind.

What does the OPEN THROTTLE 1 Year Guarantee cover?

The OPEN THROTTLE warranty applies to all products purchased through our website and covers faults or defects caused by the manufacturing process.

It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage. Any signs of improper use or physical abuse may void warranty coverage.

Please note that any labour or installation costs associated with fitting or removing parts are not covered under this warranty.

Unless otherwise agreed in advance or approved in exceptional circumstances, return shipping costs to OPEN THROTTLE for warranty assessment, exchange, store credit, or return requests are the responsibility of the customer.
